Taxes (GST and QST)
Listed fees do not include taxes. Applicable taxes (GST and QST) will be added at the time of payment.

Payment methods
Payment may be made by debit card or by Interac e-transfer.
Insurance receipts
A receipt issued in the name of the person who received the service is provided after each consultation, with the designation “Naturopathy”.
Most insurance companies reimburse naturopathic services. However, it is the client’s responsibility to verify the specific terms of their coverage directly with their insurer.
Responsibility for reimbursement
Annie Morvan ND.A. is not responsible for the reimbursement policies offered by insurance companies. These policies may vary considerably from one insurer to another, from one contract to another, and depending on the type of coverage.
Consultation fees remain payable regardless of the amount reimbursed by your insurer.
Please note that naturopathy is often included within a shared annual amount that may also cover other disciplines (such as massage therapy or osteopathy). If this amount has been exhausted, this reflects how services have been allocated and does not constitute an absence of naturopathy coverage.
Starter Package
The starter package includes four consultations: evaluation, nutritional plan, naturopathic plan, and review.
Conditions:
– A discount of approximately 15% is applied to the four consultations included in the package. – Full payment is required at the first consultation. – Four separate receipts are issued for insurance purposes. – The package must be completed within a maximum period of 4 months. – In exceptional circumstances (for example, a health condition), a one-time extension of up to 6 months may be granted upon request. – Consultations may be rescheduled in accordance with the rescheduling policy. – Any consultation cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be considered used, except in exceptional circumstances. – The package is personal and non-transferable.
Packages constitute a structured follow-up plan offered at a preferential rate. Consultations must be used within the specified timeframe. Any unused consultations after this period are considered expired and cannot be refunded.
Annual Package
The annual package includes four consultations that may be used within a maximum period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
This package allows for ongoing follow-up throughout the year while offering flexibility in scheduling consultations.
Conditions:
– Full payment is required at the time of purchase. – The four consultations must be used within a maximum period of 12 months. – Consultations not used after this period are considered expired. – Consultations may be rescheduled in accordance with the rescheduling policy. – Any consultation cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be considered used, except in exceptional circumstances. – The package is personal and non-transferable.

Private Practice Organization
In a private practice setting, professional work includes not only the time spent in consultation, but also the analysis and preparation carried out outside the appointment, as well as the responsibilities associated with operating an independent professional practice.
Each consultation takes place within a structured framework designed to provide thoughtful, personalized and high-quality guidance.
Like any independent practice, professional work also involves expenses related to continuing education, clinical tools, software, professional liability insurance, taxes, office space and administrative management.
The time dedicated to each client therefore extends beyond the consultation itself and includes the reflection and preparation required to develop suggestions tailored to each individual’s situation.
Last-minute cancellations generally result in the complete loss of the reserved appointment time, as it is often not possible to fill the slot on short notice and part of the preparatory work may already have been completed.
Professional ethics
Product suggestions proposed by Annie Morvan ND.A. are entirely independent and based on quality and relevance criteria for each client.
Her approach is grounded in integrity and a constant commitment to act in the best interest of each individual.
No products are sold in the office.
Confidentiality and protection of personal information (Law 25)
Personal information collected in the context of consultations, including questionnaires, observations, and documents provided, is treated with strict confidentiality.
This information is used solely for the purposes of naturopathic follow-up and is never shared with third parties without written consent, unless required by law.
Personal information is stored securely and accessible only to authorized persons.
In accordance with the requirements of Quebec’s Law 25 and the Code of Ethics of the Association des naturopathes agréés du Québec (ANAQ), client records are retained for a minimum of 7 years following the last consultation.
Any individual may request access to their personal information or request corrections where applicable.
